Additionally, she was an early investor in and advisor for, Fnatic, an eSports company, as well as helped launch Xbox.
On her free time, Marcy serves as a mentor to young entrepreneurs helping them navigate and understand the intricacies of starting, and running, a successful business.
Nicole joined Agent of Change as Vice President of Media Relations bringing with her a deep understanding of the importance of using the "human factor" to connect people through impactful, innovative storytelling and engaging content.
As a seasoned, bilingual communications professional, Nicole has spent time in varying high-profile roles including time spent as Communications Director for a Member of Congress on Capitol Hill; Press Secretary for Mayor Bill de Blasio; and Head of Communications for a leading global organization. Throughout her career, Nicole has been a trusted advisor to top-level executives providing key messaging recommendations and communications strategies on policies, issues and topics impacting a wide range of stakeholders.
On her free time, Nicole advocates on behalf of animal rescue organizations, a cause near and dear to her heart.

Randi Rosenbloom is a Director of Media Relations for Agent of Change. With over 15 years of experience, she has worked with clients in various spaces such as consumer technology, fintech, luxury travel, corporate, healthcare and food and beverage.
Throughout her career, Randi has worked with clients and brands to strategize media friendly stories and content in order to have their story told in national and local broadcast, print and online outlets such as CNBC, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Huffington Post, andBusiness Insider.
Randi began her career working in television as a story coordinator/associate producer with the news magazine program “Inside Edition.”
She is a graduate from SUNY New Paltz with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications – Production.
Kylie Souder is an Account Executive at Agent of Change working with clients to tell innovative brand stories. She is a born and raised Midwesterner and attended the E.W Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University. Post-grad, she worked as a fellow for Small Girls PR where she assisted consumer and tech clients including Ellevest, Peanut, Smilo, Tivoli, Trestique and Outdoor Voices. She then served as the Executive Assistant/Community/PR Manager for Hilary Rushford and Dean Street Society facilitating client relationships, securing brand collaborations with brands like BHLDN, Anthropologie and Kleinfeld. When she's not working, you can find her reading a Fitzgerald book in the park, seeing her favorite artists live or eating mac and cheese on a rooftop in Brooklyn.
Christina Cigolini is an Assistant Account Executive at Agent of Change. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology from Ramapo College and Education from Caldwell University. Christina began her career in PR when she left teaching in search of something more fast-paced. When she became the Executive Assistant to PR legend Harold Burson of Burson-Marsteller, his passion for the industry inspired her to follow suit. Christina was driven to immerse herself in the business and offered to assist different teams at Burson-Marsteller, which lead her to working with Marcy. Christina has experience producing and distributing informational materials for client events, as well as creating social media posts, pitches, and press releases. When she's not working, Christina can be found attending live comedy shows and concerts with friends, or curled up with her cat and a good book in Brooklyn.
Cameron is an Executive Assistant at Agent of Change. He attended Utah Valley University where he studied Business Administration. Cameron previously worked in the Chemical Transportation Industry in Logistics as an Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO/President for 4 years. He is a driven hard worker who always aims to please, and is beyond excited to be on the team!
