A trusted advisor to high-level C-suite executives, founders, entrepreneurs and CEOs from the world's most innovative and influential companies, Marcy has a strong understanding of the importance of developing a solid brand narrative aligned with organizational goals.

 With a deep broadcast TV background, Marcy has developed a unique perspective in the way information is consumed, both through online and traditional media formats. Her work in integrated and digital marketing, communications, industry positioning and public relations campaigns across all mediums allows her to create best-in-class business relationships designed to propel companies forward.

 Most recently, Marcy launched a boutique strategic communications and public relations firm, Agent of Change, working with a select team of strategic communications experts, industry insiders and influencers.

 Marcy is closely involved in the cutting edge of current technology and trends, advising startups and brands across the world.  An avid sports fan, Marcy has translated her interest and love of sports into successful business relationships with professional sports organizations like the New York Yankees and IMG, lending her expertise in helping them develop robust communications plans and strategic partnership opportunities. Additionally, she was an early investor in and advisor for, Fnatic, an eSports company, as well as helped launch Xbox.

 On her free time, Marcy serves as a mentor to young entrepreneurs helping them navigate and understand the intricacies of starting, and running, a successful business.

Randi Rosenbloom

Randi Rosenbloom is a Director of Media Relations for Agent of Change.  With over 15 years of experience, she has worked with clients in various spaces such as consumer technology, fintech, luxury travel, corporate, healthcare and food and beverage.

Throughout her career, Randi has worked with clients and brands to strategize media friendly stories and content in order to have their story told in national and local broadcast, print and online outlets such as CNBC, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Huffington Post, andBusiness Insider.

 Randi began her career working in television as a story coordinator/associate producer with the news magazine program “Inside Edition.”

 She is a graduate from SUNY New Paltz with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications – Production.


Christina Cigolini

Christina Cigolini is an Assistant Account Executive at Agent of Change. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology from Ramapo College and Education from Caldwell University. Christina began her career in PR when she left teaching in search of something more fast-paced. When she became the Executive Assistant to PR legend Harold Burson of Burson-Marsteller, his passion for the industry inspired her to follow suit. Christina was driven to immerse herself in the business and offered to assist different teams at Burson-Marsteller, which lead her to working with Marcy.  Christina has experience producing and distributing informational materials for client events, as well as creating social media posts, pitches, and press releases. When she's not working, Christina can be found attending live comedy shows and concerts with friends, or curled up with her cat and a good book in Brooklyn.

Cameron Howard

Cameron is an Executive Assistant at Agent of Change. He attended Utah Valley University where he studied Business Administration. Cameron previously worked in the Chemical Transportation Industry in Logistics as an Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO/President for 4 years. He is a driven hard worker who always aims to please, and is beyond excited to be on the team!
